What is Facilitation?
Facilitation sessions are unlike any other coaching session. While coaching is about exploring solutions, these sessions are designed to bring you back into a deeper connection with yourself, holding the space for you to explore the wisdom that exists in the depths of your being.
Working together, we will cultivate a session that meets you where you are, exposing the light of your Inner Truth, and facilitating a transformation based on your own unique internal being and inner wisdom. Every human is different- no two facilitation sessions are alike. Facilitation relies on a variety of modalities to ensure the powerful
transformation that comes through these sessions.

Channeling
I have the honor of channeling a collection
of non-physical energies and teachers
known as The Council. In this 60-minute
session, I will hold the space for The
Council to come through and answer your
deepest questions, offering you clarity,
peace, love, and guidance on your
journey as you reconnect to the Truth
of Who You Are.

These 90-minute facilitation sessions
are tailored to meet you where you
are. Each session is unique, designed
to bring you back into connection with
yourself. In this session, we will hold
the space for you to explore new
healing possibilities and connect to
your own inner wisdom in a deeper
and more meaningful way.

Soul Session
These 60-minute soul sessions are
designed to bring you back into
connection with your soul. By
directing your intentions within, you
will unlock the voice of Truth that
exists in the depths of your being,
capable of answering the questions
you so long to ask while enveloping
you in the love that only exists within.

Embodiment Package
In this three-month mentorship program, you will be invited to fully embody yourself, facilitating an inner connection that will guide you towards transformational wisdom and healing.
